Pro Resources is seeking Roofers for a local Roofing company. This Company is a growing, professional roofing company specializing in both residential and commercial roofing projects. We're known for quality workmanship, safety-first jobsites, and treating our crews with respect. From residential reroofs to large commercial projects, we provide steady work and opportunities to advance.

$18.00 / hour • Full-Time • Fort Wayne, IN

What You'll Do

As a Residential & Commercial Roofer at Maumee River Roofing, you'll work as part of a skilled team installing and repairing roofing systems on a variety of job sites.

Responsibilities Include

Tear-off, installation, and repair of residential and commercial roofing systems

Residential: asphalt shingles, accessories, flashing

Commercial: TPO, EPDM, PVC, metal, and related systems

Proper installation of underlayment, flashing, vents, and edge metal

Safe use of hand and power tools

Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites

Follow instructions from crew leaders, foremen, and supervisors

Work efficiently to meet production schedules while maintaining quality standards

What We're Looking For

Roofing experience preferred (residential, commercial, or both)

Willingness to learn multiple roofing systems if experience is limited

Comfortable working outdoors and at heights

Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude

Ability to perform physical labor and lift materials
