Job Description
7+ years of Salesforce development experience, including ownership of complex CRM solutions across multiple orgs or product lines.
Expert-level Apex development including triggers, batch classes, queueable jobs, and test frameworks.
Expert-level Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura component development.
Strong experience with Salesforce declarative tools including Flows, Process Builder, Approval Processes, and Validation Rules.
Deep knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud (Community Cloud).
Experience designing and maintaining Salesforce integration patterns using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, and middleware platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, or equivalent).
Experience with Salesforce DX, Salesforce CLI, scratch orgs, and source-driven development.
Experience with CI/CD for Salesforce using tools such as Copado, Gearset, or equivalent pipeline automation.
Proficiency with SOQL, SOSL, and performance optimization techniques (governor limits, query optimization, bulk patterns).
Experience with Salesforce security model including profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and field-level security.
