Select candidates will be invited to attend one of our upcoming scheduled open calls.* Prior fine dining experience* A strong sense of presence, emotional intelligence, and an eye for detail* Individuals who lead with kindness, thoughtfulness, and respect, and who value a collective performance**Responsibilities*** Guide Members and guests through their meal with warm, attentive hospitality* Maintain complete command of culinary and beverage menus, including ingredients, sides, presentation, and allergens* Take Member and guest food and beverage orders, using salesmanship to make recommendations and upsell when appropriate* Resolve guest concerns by finding a way to say yes, involving the Manager on Duty as needed* Anticipate and fulfill a wide range of Member and guest needs, both food and beverage and beyond* Execute proper steps of service, including table maintenance and resetting, with efficiency, speed, and grace* Perform all routine and assigned opening, closing, and side work* Provide attentive, professional, and welcoming service to an assigned section, assisting coworkers in other sections as needed* Uphold the team's high standards of service, cleanliness, and appearance* Champion excellence through service and world-class hospitality* Champion the values, mission, and standards of CORE: New York*Open calls are by invitation only.*If you are excited to contribute to the experiences that define CORE: New York, and to grow within our community, we look forward to meeting you.If you or someone within your network is interested, please send your resume to careers@thecoreclub.com. #J-18808-Ljbffr
