Concierge Bermuda Village Retirement CommunityBermuda Run, North Carolina Position Overview Bermuda Village Retirement Community is seeking a part-time Concierge to serve as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and visitors. The Concierge plays an important role in creating a warm, welcoming, and professional environment while providing excellent customer service and administrative support. This position is responsible for assisting residents and visitors with inquiries, coordinating front desk operations, answering and directing telephone calls, managing visitor check-ins, and supporting general administrative needs. Key Responsibilities Answer the telephone, transfer calls, and take and deliver accurate messages. Welcome and assist guests visiting residents, touring the community, or conducting other business. Meet and greet residents, families, prospective residents, vendors, referral sources, regulators, and other visitors in a friendly and helpful manner. Develop, photocopy, and distribute documents and forms as requested. Maintain files by ensuring forms and information are kept current. Maintain the lobby area in a clean, neat, and uncluttered condition. Provide courteous and professional service to residents, guests, and team members. Help ensure resident safety and satisfaction are always a priority. Answer phones in accordance with company and community standards. Maintain a positive and professional representation of Bermuda Village. Ensure compliance with and understanding of regulations concerning residents' rights. Perform other duties as assigned. Be able to interact professionally and respectfully with individuals who may be ill, disabled, elderly, emotionally upset, or, at times, difficult. Be computer literate.
