To support clinical studies in Belgium, the full-time remote Clinical Research Associate will manage site evaluations, monitor compliance, and ensure data quality while fostering relationships with investigators and site teams. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for investigative sites, coordinating study information and internal stakeholder communication Conduct site evaluations, initiation, monitoring, and close-out activities in compliance with protocols and regulations Develop site engagement strategies and perform ongoing risk assessments to ensure participant safety and study performance Required qualifications Degree or equivalent qualification in a health-related discipline, such as Medicine, Life Sciences, or Nursing At least one year of clinically related experience, including six months in clinical research monitoring Familiarity with risk-based monitoring approaches and knowledge of relevant therapeutic areas Fluency in French, Dutch, and English Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
